How our price guarantee works

If you find windows and doors from a competitor that we would be able to supply and install which are the same size, same design and same quality, please just let us know. You can either Email or call us with your like for like offer within 7 days of receiving your Swadlincote Windows quotation.

Our team will review your quotation and the specified works to ensure that they match our quality and craftsmanship, and match the price if they are equal.

To claim on our price guarantee

Email or provide us with a copy of your quote. Please note:

• Include photocopies of the competing offer and specification of the competing product with your claim.
• We need to receive your claim within 7 days of receiving a quotation from us.
• We can only accept one claim per quotation.
• We will then make a final decision on whether the competitor's product matches the features offered by Swadlincote Window Company.

Terms and Conditions

• Our price guarantee covers uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
• Put your claim in via email to sales@swadlincotewindows.com with the subject Swadlincote Windows – Price Guarantee.
• Include photocopies or scans of the competing offer and product specification on the competitors headed paper.
• The product style, size, and overall quantity must be detailed on the specification and match Swadlincote Window Company’s quotation i.e. it must be a like for like ‘offer/quote’.
• Warranties for each of the products must either be the same or better than Swadlincote Windows.
• Competitors must meet or exceed the same quality standards and accreditations as Swadlincote Windows products and services.
• We need to receive your claim within 7 days of your quotation.
• We can only accept one claim per customer per quotation.We do not match/beat exclusive discounts eg: staff/student/exceptional NHS/forces staff offers.
• Swadlincote Window Company reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
